8 Natural Ways to Help Vertigo

Vertigo is a condition that can be extremely debilitating. It’s characterized by a feeling of dizziness or spinning, and it might make standing up seem impossible. The good news is that there are plenty of natural ways to help vertigo! In this blog post, we’ll discuss 10 different options you have for treating your vertigo in the most natural way possible.

1. Get a massage-sometimes the musculature around the upper area of the neck  (called the trapezius) can cause issues with vertigo. Get a massage from someone who knows what they’re doing, or you could try self-massaging your neck and shoulders!

If this is not an option for some reason then I would recommend taking ibuprofen which has been shown to help ease dizziness symptoms in patients suffering from Ménière’s disease (the most common form of Vertiginous disorder). You might also want to get acupuncture treatments as it too helps relieve nausea associated with people living without balance disorders such use chopsticks again eating solid foods; putting on shoes/socks after showering etc.; waking up at night while rolling over onto their stomach when sleeping since gravity will pull them back down towards bed.

2. Drink peppermint tea-peppermint tea has been shown to improve symptoms of vertigo in people. If you have an aversion to peppermint tea or don’t want sugar then there are other options like taking ginger pills, which seem promising as well for those who suffer from both vertigo and motion sickness (probably due the combination usually being ingested on a boat).

It should be noted that anti-nausea drugs such as promethazine may help reduce lightheadedness associated with patients living without balance disorders but these medications only work when taken before during periods where one would experience intense dizziness episodes; they do not combat prolonged bouts related to difficulty walking/standing upright…I recommend consulting your physician if this is something worth looking into because of it.

3. Take a hot bath in Epsom salts and lavender oil-Epsom salt baths are relaxing and can help relieve stress. Chemical compounds in lavender have been shown to ease anxiety and depression, too!

Epsom salt baths are also known for their healing properties- they’re a great way of relieving pain from sore muscles (think back strain or arthritis). The magnesium sulfate found within Epsoms has long relief for people with aches due to its ability to alleviate symptoms associated with insomnia such as tiredness/weaknesses along your sleeping patterns; it is linked to detoxing both glasses of water we drink but additionally, our cells inside out body–a double whammy if you want less dizziness episodes on top all that other good stuff!. .)    🙂 Soak up some knowledge about how natural.

At The Specific Chiropractic Centers, we work directly with the nervous system and its relationship to everything that’s going on in the body. By working with the nervous system we impact all of the muscles in the body as well as the balance centers in the brain. We can measure the nervous system at every visit and we can see if things are working correctly or incorrectly. Once we get the nervous system working how it’s supposed to people oftentimes start to feel better and experience less and less vertigo.
