What I found, though, is the simplest way to address that is simply by increasing the water that you take every day, the water you consume.

The simplest formula for that is to take your body weight, cut that in half, and drink that many ounces.

If you weigh 200 pounds, you would drink 100 ounces a day.

On top of that, adding a simple 15-minute walk, you’ll be shocked at how quickly the inflammation starts to decrease in your body.

There’s a lot of reasons for inflammation. There are more things to do on top of that.

When it comes to the simplest first step to take, do that for a week; you’ll be shocked at how you feel.
