When it comes to getting a good night’s sleep, there’s a lot of things you can do.
A lot of tools, tips, tricks that are out there.
Bedtime routines, changing lights, things like that.
All good things to try.
One thing I found that’s been super helpful that not a lot of people utilize is sleep masks.
A good sleep mask puts pressure on your eye itself as you’re sleeping, and that triggers a response in your body, it’s called a parasympathetic response.
What that means is it puts our body into a relaxation state.
If you find you’re having trouble sleeping and don’t know where to turn next, try a sleep mask.
Ones that put a little more pressure on your eye.
There are great ones out there.
